Stop the Blunt Amendment! Call your US Senator TODAY!

The Blunt Amendment to the Transportation bill being considered in the US Senate greatly expands the notion of “conscience” so that an employer’s conscience about your healthcare decisions can be substituted for your own (and your doctor’s). The intent is to gut the Affordable Care Act. In the process it gives employers and insurers cart blanche to extend or deny coverage for medical treatment according to their beliefs.

Call or email your Senator TODAY. This bill will come up for a vote very soon. Also, sign the ACLU petition.
