Aida Guzman Unjustly Beaten, Arrested by Philadelphia Policeman
During the Puerto Rican Parade this year in Philadelphia, Aida Guzman was enjoying herself, minding her own business. A passerby threw water on a group of nearby officers (and Guzman). When they turned around, they saw her, with a cup in her hand. Enraged, Officer Josey clocked her in the face, then arrested her. He was exonerated by the Police Department and by Municipal Court Judge Patrick Dugan. Watch the video and see for yourself. Then sign this petition asking for further investigation.
